Managed services start at $1,400/month. Volume discounts begin at 25 users (4%) and step up to 23.5% at 300. Above 300 users, we build a custom agreement.
Pricing is all-in: Microsoft 365 licensing is included, not billed separately. Trailhead and Ridgeline include Microsoft 365 Business Premium per user; Summit includes Microsoft 365 E5.

How much does managed IT cost?
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, starting at $166 per user on our Trailhead tier and scaling with the security and services you need. There is a $1,400 per month minimum, and volume discounts begin at 25 users. Use the calculator above for an estimate, or book a scoping call for an exact written quote.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Managed services start at $1,400 per month. That keeps the relationship worthwhile for both sides and covers the monitoring, security, and support baseline every client gets.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Per-user pricing steps down as your team grows, with breaks at 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300 users. Above 300 users we build a custom agreement. The calculator applies these automatically.
What does penetration testing cost?
Penetration testing is fixed-price by scope: $4,000 for a small environment, $6,500 for a mid-size external-plus-internal test, and $10,000 for a full-scope engagement. A retest of fixed findings is included in every tier.
Can we mix and match instead of taking a bundle?
The bundles are how we price managed IT, and they cover the most common needs. On top of them you can add MDR or SOC coverage if your tier does not include it, and 24-hour SIEM monitoring per device on request. Project work like disaster-recovery planning and migrations is scoped and quoted per engagement.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?
Yes. Our pricing is all-in, not a service fee with licensing billed on top. Trailhead and Ridgeline include Microsoft 365 Business Premium for every user, and Summit includes Microsoft 365 E5. You will not get a separate Microsoft bill.
