Pricing is all-in: Microsoft 365 licensing is included, not billed separately. Trailhead and Ridgeline include Microsoft 365 Business Premium per user; Summit includes Microsoft 365 E5.

How much does managed IT cost?
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, starting around $166 per user on our Essential tier and scaling with the security and services you need. Is there a minimum?
Yes. Managed services start at $1,400 per month. That keeps the relationship worthwhile for both sides and covers the monitoring, security, and support baseline every client gets.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Per-user pricing steps down as your team grows, with breaks at 25, 50, 100, 200, and 300 users. Above 300 users we build a custom agreement. The calculator applies these automatically.
What does penetration testing cost?
Penetration testing is fixed-price by scope: $4,000 for a small environment, $6,500 for a mid-size external-plus-internal test, and $10,000 for a full-scope engagement. A retest of fixed findings is included in every tier.
Can we mix and match instead of taking a bundle?
Yes. The bundles cover the most common needs, but every service is available a la carte. Project and advisory work like vCIO, disaster-recovery planning, and migrations is scoped and quoted per engagement.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included?
Yes. Our pricing is all-in, not a service fee with licensing billed on top. Trailhead and Ridgeline include Microsoft 365 Business Premium for every user, and Summit includes Microsoft 365 E5. You will not get a separate Microsoft bill.
