Managed IT
IT that just works, run by a team that knows your business
Help desk, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud, and the hardware behind it, monitored and managed so your team can stop thinking about IT and get back to the work that pays.
15-minute response. Onboarded in two to three weeks. Works alongside in-house IT.
When IT works, you do not notice it. Email sends, files open, the network is fast, and a new hire is productive on their first morning. When it does not, everything else stops, and you are left chasing a vendor who treats your outage like a queue position.
We run IT the way it should be run: proactively, locally, and transparently. Monitoring catches problems before you feel them, a real engineer answers when you call, and everything we manage is documented, secured, and backed up. One provider, one number, one team that knows your environment.
Everything under one roof
The full stack of managed IT, so nothing falls through the cracks between vendors.
Help desk & desktop support
Real engineers answering tickets with a 15-minute standard response. Remote and on-site support for the day-to-day things that stop your team from working.
Network operations
Design, monitoring, and management of your firewalls, switches, wireless, and remote access, kept patched, segmented, and online.
Microsoft 365 administration
Licensing, mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams, and security settings, administered properly so you get the value you are paying for and nothing is left misconfigured.
Managed cloud
Azure and cloud infrastructure deployed, secured, and right-sized. We watch the spend and the security posture so the cloud bill does not become its own problem.
Backup & continuity (BCDR)
Tested backups and a real disaster recovery plan, not just an agent installed and forgotten. We verify you can actually restore, before you need to.
Hardware as a service
Workstations, servers, and network gear procured, deployed, and refreshed on a predictable monthly cost instead of surprise capital outlays.
Onboarding & offboarding
Tight, documented joiner and leaver processes so new staff are productive on day one and departed staff lose access immediately.
Virtual CIO
Technology planning, budgeting, and a roadmap that ties IT to where the business is going, from a strategic partner, not a sales rep.
Already have an IT person? We make them better
Co-managed IT pairs your internal staff with our monitoring, security operations, and project muscle. They keep the relationships and the institutional knowledge; we cover the 2 a.m. alert, the compliance project, and the depth no single person can carry alone.
Built on the platforms you already trust
Enterprise tools deployed, configured, and supported by certified engineers.
Frequently asked questions
What businesses ask before switching providers.
How is your pricing structured?
Managed IT pricing depends on your team size and the services you need. We give every prospect a clear written quote after a 30-minute scoping call, with published, predictable per-user or per-device rates. No surprise pricing, no hidden fees.
What does onboarding look like?
Most clients are fully onboarded within two to three weeks. We start with a discovery call, run a security and infrastructure audit, document everything, and stand up monitoring and management before the cutover, so your team is not disrupted during the transition.
What if we already have an IT team?
We work well alongside in-house IT. Many clients keep an internal team for day-to-day work while we provide monitoring, security operations, compliance support, and the specialized projects their staff does not have bandwidth or expertise for. This is often called co-managed IT.
Do you handle backup and disaster recovery?
Yes. Backup and continuity (BCDR) is part of managed services. We deploy tested backups and a documented recovery plan, and we verify restores regularly so a ransomware event or hardware failure is an inconvenience, not a catastrophe.
Are you local, or is support overseas?
Local. Your tickets are answered by US-based engineers who know your environment. When something needs hands on-site, we show up.
Let's scope your environment
A 30-minute call tells us your size, your stack, and what is prompting the change. We come back with a clear written quote and an onboarding plan that does not disrupt your team.
